Regional infrastructure

We have a team of over 120 qualified catering equipment engineers, all of whom hold and maintain industry standard competency for the works they undertake. Our engineers work from five regions across the UK. Each regional team is made up of a Service Manager, catering equipment engineers and refrigeration engineers – allowing us to provide a you with a national service at a regional level. Each region also has its own dedicated service desk team.

Dynamic Van Stock

Van stocks are tailored to each engineer’s primary sub region, enabling us to focus on van stock requirements for specific areas. Van stocks are continuously monitored and items are reviewed on a quarterly basis in order to maximise our ability to leave equipment working at your site following an engineer visit.

Managing our Performance

We take pride in the standards of our work and have a dedicated Quality & Performance management team who measure performance by region and by engineer. Each of our engineers undergoes a competency assessment twice a year, ensuring they are working to the standards expected of the industry as well as adhering to our health and safety practices. All AGGORA Technical engineers are DBS checked.
